I am currently working for The State of NH Department of IT leading the Identity & Directory Management Team as a Technical Services Specialist V, but I am actively seeking a new position that will allow me to utilize more of my wide, and varied skillset.

I'm a highly dynamic and results-oriented IT professional with progressive experience in systems administration, server maintenance, and technical support. With a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional team members and engaging with vendors I am adept at troubleshooting issues to identify and resolve defects, and also in optimizing processes through PowerShell scripting. I have experience in spearheading installations, configuration updates, upgrades, and migrations of computers and networks. I'm a goal driven leader with a history of improving processes to maximize efficiency and decrease downtime.
