the Identity & Directory Management Team as a Technical Services Specialist

professional with progressive experience in systems administration, server
maintenance, and technical support. With a proven track record of collaborating
with cross-functional team members and engaging with vendors I am adept at
troubleshooting issues to identify and resolve defects, and also in optimizing
processes through PowerShell scripting. I have experience in spearheading
installations, configuration updates, upgrades, and migrations of computers and
